Life doesn’t always go as planned. You are not alone.

HOPE offers free self-administered pregnancy tests and pregnancy options consultations to help you process your next steps.

I’m worried I might be pregnant.

If you have been recently or are currently sexually active, the only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test. The best time to take a test is after you’ve already missed your period.

When you come to HOPE, you’ll find a safe, confidential place to take a free pregnancy test to confirm or rule out a pregnancy. We offer a free, self-administered pregnancy test that provides accurate results so you can have the information you need to take the next step. If the test is positive, we’ll offer you a signed confirmation of pregnancy that you can take to your medical provider.

I’m pregnant. Now what?

Making a decision about an unplanned pregnancy is personal, and accurate information and support are vital to determining your next steps.

HOPE has caring, supportive staff and volunteers who can give you accurate, non-judgmental information about all your options, answer your questions, and offer support as you make a decision — no matter what you decide about your pregnancy.

We are here to support you as you explore all of your pregnancy options including parenting, adoption, and abortion. While we are not a medical facility and do not refer for or provide abortion services, we want to make sure you receive accurate medical information and compassionate, non-judgmental support as you are faced with making a life-altering decision.

No one should pressure you into making any decision about your pregnancy, no matter what, and HOPE receives no financial gain from your pregnancy decision, so you can be assured that your decision is your own.

HOPE is here for you—every step of the way, and all of our services are offered free of charge.
